Worklife Action Plan
I regard this as the position where my suggestion is the most hypothetical and thus very subject to changes.
Naturally this also influences the depth of this outline of potentials.
Observation / Resource evaluation phase
As with any permaculture design, the client interview is fundamental prior to any design suggestions. It means that agreed clear guidelines has to be established, and secondarily a resource assessment will be performed; introduction to cooperating institutions and individuals which would serve to provide the data for the target group; supposedly predominantly the commercial agriculture sector in the Aurland region?
Design / Implementation phase
Building on the above foundation, a detailed Gantt-chart will be developed, listing the targets and target group, partial and final aims on a corresponding time line. This chart will have shared access for all involved administrators and link to continuously updated Google documents , ensuring a transparent inclusive work process.
Realization / Maintenance phase
Once the plan has been approved and adjusted by all parties, it is time to arrange for/conduct personal visits at the target group. This visit would likely require the preparation of some printed material presenting our offers/aims, as well as a survey exposing issues that will enable us to develop our cooperation offers better in the future.

Evaluation / Tweaking
Once the overall targets are reached the results and process will be evaluation. Potentially the process may be optimized and expanded for improving of effectivity and results .
